What can i say this villa is absoultley stunning best place i have ever stayed in the whole of my 28 years of travelling. If you have ever watched MTV Cribs then this villa should be on it! Put it this way if they had squaters rights over here i would not be moving anywere. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which are all of a good size and fitted with plasma T.Vs living area is beautiful that is also fitted with large size plasma T.V and the furniture through out is also beautiful. Also has a good size pool. Where the villa is situated it is a nice and quite complex which is really nice and relaxing. The owner of the villa Paul is also a really nice gentleman and is very helpfull and will help you with anything. Overall I would rate this place 10/10 or I shoud say 100/10.

Hi Paul

We finally got home on Tuesaday last, 9 days late from Thailand. We were put up by the tourist board in the A one hotel which was very nice and comfortable.

I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house. It was perfect in every way and i hope that you were happy with your tenants. Your cleaners were excellent and my laundry was never ironed so well.
Your family were great and we felt right at home in your house.

We will return to Pattaya and we will be in touch when we finalise our next trip.

I will visit the website and leave a fantastic report and if anyone wants information regarding the house direct them to me and i will give you a glowing reference.

Thanks again for everything, being in such a beautiful comfortable house was a big factor in us having a wonderful time.

Cheers

Cyril

680 Million Baht Marina near the Bali Hai Port

On Tuesday Morning at Pattaya City Hall, Khun Itipon, the Mayor of Pattaya chaired a meeting in Conference Room 401 to discuss plans for the construction of a *Marina close to the Bali Hai Port at the south end of Pattaya Beach. The Marine Department from Bangkok in cooperation with private sector investors have formulated a plan to construct 4 Marinas in key areas around Thailand to facilitate Luxury Yachts and larger Ocean Liners. Two will be located in the Andaman Sea area and two will be located in the Gulf of Thailand at Sura Thani Province and here in Pattaya. Khun Itipon and other delegates were presented with the plans for the Marina which will be located on the new road constructed South of the existing Bali Hai Port. The project will cost around 680 Million Baht and was given a comprehensive thumbs-up from the Pattaya Administration. Construction is expected to begin in 2009.

*A marina is a sheltered harbor where boats and yachts are kept in the water and where services geared to the needs of recreational boating are found. The marina may have re-fueling, washing and repair facilities, ship chandlers, stores and restaurants. Slipways are used to get a trailered boat into the water. Marinas may offer a boat hoist well, a type of traveling crane, instead of a more space-wasteful slipway, operated by service center personnel. Marinas may offer out-of-water-storage, which is useful out of season and important in latitudes susceptible to freezing waters. Marinas may include ground facilities such as parking lots for vehicles and boat trailers.
